Temazcal

Temazcal is a traditional sweat lodge used for spiritual and physical healing in various indigenous cultures, particularly in Mexico and Central America. It involves entering a small, enclosed structure made of stone or adobe and heated by hot stones and steam. The ritual is believed to purify the body, mind, and spirit by sweating out toxins and negative energy. It is also used as a form of therapy for respiratory problems, arthritis, and other ailments. In some cultures, the Temazcal represents the womb of Mother Earth and is used in ceremonies to honor fertility and rebirth.
